The Minimalist - $749 Some women need or want only support throughout birth. They are educated and know their birth plan well. For those moms, I offer birth only support. This includes:
Unlimited email and phone support prenatally to finalize your birth plan
Dedicated 24/7 on call labor support and a doula back up, just in case!
Immediate postpartum support after birth
Email and phone support postpartum
I require one in person consultation to meet face to face to assure I am a good fit for your birth team.
The Birth Stuff Package - $949 For the moms who want some prenatal, all the birth, and some postpartum support. This is the perfect package for you.
Two in person prenatal appointments
We will discuss expectations and concerns for your birth
Receive education and assistance as you develop birth preferences
Learn how to effectively communicate your wishes to your midwife or doctor
Learn and practice hands on techniques for coping with labor, positions for pushing and postpartum/newborn care
Phone, text, or email support to answer questions, provide support, and give referrals
Dedicated 24/7 on call labor support and a doula back up, just in case!
Immediate postpartum support.
1 postpartum home visit within six weeks of your birth to provide additional support.
The Best of Both Worlds Package- $1,149 Can't decide between birth and postpartum support? You don't have to! This package includes the same amazing birth support from the "The Birth Stuff" Package plus 15 hours of additional postpartum support. Postpartum support may include:
Breastfeeding or bottle feeding support
Infant sleep support
Infant care support such as bathing, dressing, diapering, feeding, swaddling, baby wearing, and soothing a fussy baby
Assistance learning baby's cues and signs
Creating a care routine (baby care and self care for parents)
Emotional postpartum support
Support for new siblings
Assistance attending appointments, running errands or other outings
Caring for baby so you can get an opportunity to sleep, eat a hot meal for once, practice self care, or just get a little break.
